• Programming of 4 customized online registration pages for the different groups of participants
• Setup of 90 different tickets
• Set up of an event-specific email
• Sending of registration confirmations via email
• Purchasing and printing of name badges
• On-site registration of participants
• Resourcing of hostesses
• Printing and sending of certificates of participation after the event
  
   

2. Accommodation:

• Site inspection of hotels in Salzburg
• Purchasing of contingents in different categories
• Allocation of the contingents to the various subsidiary and handling of those contingents
• Sending of hotel confirmations via email

 

3. Reporting:

• Daily overview of the registration status per ticket
• Weekly overview  of the participant numbers from per country compared to the years before
• Detailed statistic of the mode of registration (via fax, post, online) after the event
• Detailed overview on how the participant became aware of the event

 

4. Dept collection:

• Disposal of a bank account

• Sending of invoices for conference fee according to fiscal guidelines in German and English
• Sending of invoices for evening event according to fiscal guidelines in German and English
• Sending of invoices for side programs according to fiscal guidelines in German and English
• Charging of credit cards
• 3 dunning runs for payment reminding

 

5. Evening event

• Handling of the limited tickets for the evening event for the participants and their spouses
• Surveillance on-site at the evening event

 

6. Transfers:

• Organization of airport transfers for 15 country groups and single participants
