1. Registration:

• Programming of customized online registration pages for SAP employees and partners
• Programming of a starting page that will lead the participants to the correct registration page by their email address
• Sending of registration confirmations via email
• Printing of name badges
• On-site registration and dispatch of conference material

 

2. Accommodation:

• Handling of a hotel contingent purchased by the client
• Monitoring of cancellation deadlines
• Allocating of rooms to participants requests
• Sending of hotel confirmations via email

 

3. Reporting:

• Set up of a login with Excel sheets, updated daily

4. Transfers:

• Query of travel data during the registration process
• Organization of VIP transfers with limousines from Frankfurt airport and back
• On-site support at the airport
