1. Registration:

• Programming of customized online registration pages for SAP employees and partners
• Programming of a starting page that will lead the participants to the correct registration page by their email address
• Sending of registration confirmations via email
• Printing of name badges
• On-site registration and dispatch of conference material

 

2. Accommodation

• Purchasing of contingents in different categories
• Allocating of rooms to participants requests
• Sending of hotel confirmations via email

 

3. Reporting:

• Set up of a login with Excel sheets, updated daily

 

4. Dept collection

• Disposal of a bank account

• Sending of invoices for conference fee according to fiscal guidelines
• Charging of credit cards
• 3 dunning runs for payment reminding

 

5. Mailing:

• Sending out emails to request acceptance of publication of personal data for the “Spot me” tool
• Administration of answers to those emails

 

6. CIS staff on-site:
