• Set up of an event-specific email
• Sending of registration confirmations via email
• Purchasing and printing of name badges
• Printing of vouchers for the conference materials and side program tickets
• On-site registration of participants
• Resourcing of hostesses

 

3. Accommodation:

• Purchasing of contingents in different categories
• Allocating of rooms to participants requests
• Sending of hotel confirmations via email

 

4. Reporting:

• Setup of a login with real-time data access in PDF format

 

5. Dept collection:

• Disposal of a bank account

• Sending of invoices for conference fee, proceedings and side programs according to fiscal guidelines
• Charging of credit cards
• 3 dunning runs for payment reminding

 

6. Side programs:

• Organization of 7 different side programs for participants and their spouses
• Sending of confirmations for side programs via email
• Handling of side programs on-site

 

7. Transfers:
